Starting from January 1, 2024, until June 30, 2024, the City of Pinole has allocated funds for the Pinole Energy Enhancement Rebate Program. This program offers extra incentives for qualified energy efficiency or all-electric projects located within the city that participate in existing rebate programs or the County Weatherization Program.

If you're planning a home improvement project in the City of Pinole, you may be eligible for additional incentives or cost coverage if you participate in certain programs. These programs include the Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN) Single-Family Home+ Program, BayREN Bay Area Multifamily Building Enhancements Program, MCE Multifamily Energy Savings Program, and Contra Costa County Weatherization Program.

Funds for Pinole Energy Enhancement Rebate Program rebates are limited. Rebates will be paid out on a first-come, first-served basis through a reservation system.
