The City of Pinole has allocated one-time funding for the Pinole Energy Enhancement Rebate (PEER) Program. The PEER Program offers incentives for qualified energy efficiency or all-electric residential projects located within the city. The first phase of the program was available for eligible projects completed between January 1, 2024 and June 30, 2024. The current phase of the program is available for single-family and multifamily properties starting October 15, 2024 through June 30, 2025 or when funding runs out, whichever comes first. If you are planning a home improvement project in the City of Pinole, you may be eligible for additional incentives or cost coverage through the PEER Program.

Funds for Pinole Energy Enhancement Rebate Program rebates are limited. Rebates will be paid out on a first-come, first-served basis through the online application. PEER is adminstered by Contra Costa County.
